Carlos did an awesome job! Originally only the element needed to be replaced. Turns out the entire water heater needed to replaced. We went to the store, obtained a replacement, and it was installed. Superb service and I highly recommend Pompa Group! I will be contacting them for all my plumbing needs in the future!

They were amazing. I called early evening the night before and they arrived in the morning even though it wasn’t an emergency. The two young men that came were polite, efficient and did an amazing job installing the hot water heater. They were careful to make sure the area where the work was performed was left spotless. They were friendly and were very efficient and clearly knew what they were doing. Pompas would be my first call if I needed any of the services they provide.

Our tech Carlos Ayala was so professional, kind and courteous. He made sure he communicated clearly what he was doing and why he needed to do it. He did it in a timely manner and was sure to return everything as it was before he started the work.
